It should not be taken in patients with known hypersensitivity to Vitamin D or any of its Osplex-D Tablets Precautions
Precaution should be taken in patients who are having excess intake of Vitamin D that may lead to hypercalcaemia for excess bone loss.
The dosage in osteoporosis is increased as per the recommendation of physician.
Use with caution in patients having history of renal stones.
